Decisions, Decisions, Decisions

I've been offered the 3rd shift radiologist assistant position at work but I've also been offered the new "Image Staging Specialist" position. The difference? About 15% in pay. Both jobs would still require me to take call pay, both mean I work 2 holidays a year, the 3rd shift job is Monday through Thursday nights 9pm to 730 am (i.e. 4 ten hour days)the other job is Monday through Friday 7 am to 330 pm. The new job as far as I know would not mean a pay increase, while the 3rd shift job means a 15% differential. Any input is welcome here
