How is this not Illegal?

So, I was in the mall the other day and I saw this Power Player 12K Plus. I'm sure you've seen them if you've been in a decent size mall lately. Seriously, how is this not violating about a billion copyrights? I can see maybe konami selling the rights to a 3rd party for their old games. What I don't see happening is Nintendo authorizing a third party to put out Super Mario Bros on a non nintendo system!

Also, how is this group not up for fraud? They claim there is 12,000 games, which is partially true. They list 20 games to a page, so figure you have about 600 pages. Here's the kicker, of the 5 to 6 pages I browsed through, I saw at least 4 Super Mario Brothers, and 6 Bombermans. So I figure, they probably only have 50 games. Sixty tops.

Anyway, I'll do the research on the system and give a full report on it, if someone buys me it. I'm not going to shell out 60 bucks for it. As I said, I played with it, and the controller was pretty sucky, pacman wouldn't go where I told him. Mario wouldn't duck when he was invincible.
