The Ten Word Answer defined

Its been a while, but I was burned out from blogging (You do three days of a political convention and see how you feel). However, I'm back and better than ever. First thing, first. The ten word answer I said I was going to define.

First, I must come clean and say I wasn't totally correct in calling "America Can Do Better and Help is On the Way" a ten word answer. So, mea culpa. That is unless John Kerry uses it in the debates, but I'm getting ahead of myself. Now for the definition. A Ten Word Answer is used mostly for debates, but its a way to simplify a complicated answer. Example: Question: Crime in America has gone up in the last four years how would you propose to stop it. The (obvious) Ten Word Answer is:"We need to get more police out on the streets". Obviously, its more complicated than that. But, that's really all people want to hear, the over-simplified, five second sound byte. So we should count the number of Ten Word Answers in the upcoming debates.
