30 Years ago yesterdayOn April 25th, 1976, Rick Monday was plying center field for the Chicago Cubs in Dodger Stadium. He heard the crowd begin to roar when nothing was happening so he looked around. It happens that some guy and his son (who was only 11!) were trying to burn the American flag. Monday, being a former Marine Reservist did the only thing that came naturally to him.
